Zašto peticija e - 1837?

Zašto kanadski zakon o krivičnom sankcionisanju negatora genocida u Srebrenici?  

Svjedoci smo poricanja genocida u Srebrenici. Svako poricanje takvog genocida vrlo je štetno za preživjele žrtve i njihove porodice. Žrtve se i dalje moraju boriti za pravdu, iako presuda za genocid postoji u konačnim odlukama sudskih, znanstvenih i historijskih činjenica. Peticija e-1837, odnosno zakon koji proizilazi iz navedene peticije pomoći će u sprečavanju poricanja genocida u Srebrenici u Kanadi, te će takoÄ‘e pomoći pri podizanju svijesti da se genocid u Srebrenici, jedan od najvećih zločina nakon Holokausta, nikada ne zaboravi niti ponovi.

Why there should be a Canadian Law on criminal sanctioning for the

deniers of the Srebrenica Genocide?

We are witnessing the denial of genocide in Srebrenica. Any denial of such genocide is very damaging to the surviving victims and their families. The victims still have to fight for the justice even though the genocide verdict exists in the final decisions of judicial, scientific research and historical facts. The petition e-1837, that is, the law resulting from the said petition, will help to prevent the denial of genocide in Srebrenica in Canada, and it will also help rise the awareness that the Srebrenica genocide, one of the greatest crimes after the Holocaust, is never forgotten and never repeated.
