I am writing to you with a question about the illegality of genocide denial. Srdja Trifkovic, a Serbian-American \'scholar\', will be holding a lecture in Vancouver, BC next week. I am concerned because Trifkovic has repeatedly and openly denied the Srebrnica genocide. I would like to know whether it is considered a crime in Canada to deny the Srebrnica genocide. I know there is a precedent for an individual that denied the Holocaust but I am wondering if it extends to other genocides as well.
