IGK CANADA Rami? wrote to ?udi?: You humiliated the victims of aggression against RBiH, we have informed institutions worldwide about the anti-civilizational act

The President of the Institute for Research of Genocide Canada, Emir Rami?, sent an open letter to the president of Our Party, Sabina ?udi?, and a representative in the BiH Parliament, regarding her views on the character of the conflict in the nineties in BiH.

We are transmitting Rami?'s letter below:

"Ms. ?udi?, the Republic of BiH was subjected to brutal aggression. Genocide was committed in Srebrenica against the Bosniak people.

We most strongly condemn and completely reject your anti-civilizational, scandalous, immoral, and deeply dehumanizing statement.

It is politically irresponsible and morally reprehensible to call the aggression against the independent and sovereign Republic of BiH a 'power struggle' in front of European Union officials.

There was no 'conflict' in BiH. In BiH, there was brutal aggression, a joint criminal enterprise, crimes against humanity, and war crimes confirmed by the verdicts of international and national courts, which culminated in genocide against Bosniaks.

Calling the aggression against the independent and sovereign Republic of BiH a 'power struggle' means consciously relativizing crimes, concealing the ideological background of the aggression, and aiding narratives that have been trying for decades to equate the victim and the aggressor, denying the aggression and genocide, denying the verdicts of international courts, glorifying convicted war criminals, and revising historical and judicial facts. The aggression against the Republic of BiH was based on an ideology of hatred. People were killed because of their names, origins, and affiliations. Genocide is not a 'power struggle'. Genocide is the planned destruction of a people because of their religious, ethnic, and national affiliation.

Therefore, such statements are not only politically base, they are historically dangerous. They insult the victims, humiliate the survivors, and open the door to those who have been trying for years to deny the character of the aggression and genocide.

We are deeply hurt and shocked by your address in the Sarajevo City Hall, which grossly humiliates the victims of aggression and genocide.

We demand a public apology to all patriots of BiH, to all victims of aggression and genocide and their families, to whom you have caused additional pain and humiliation with your statements.

We will not allow you to humiliate the victims of aggression and genocide.

Regarding your thoughtless and dangerous statements that cause enormous damage to the truth about the defense-liberation war and provide arguments to those who have been trying for years to equate the aggressor and the defenders, the Institute for Research of Genocide Canada, through its International Expert Team, has informed all organizations, communities, academies, institutes, and universities worldwide with which it cooperates. We have informed the Government and Parliament of Canada."
